New Senior Coach

Hello keen cricketers!

The new season is fast approaching and we have another announcement, and that’s the appointment of a new Senior Cricket Coach, Sam Turner.
Sam comes to Glenunga with a wealth of experience and knowledge and is keen to get to work with our senior teams.

Sam is a former Kensington A Grade premiership player, with 20 years of district club experience under his belt. Along with 10 years of coaching experience with four premierships at three different clubs, and plenty of coaching accreditation to boot!

Keep your eyes peeled for more news on Senior Cricket, and when training starts so senior players can get a chance to meet Sam and get the season rolling.

There will also be some more news coming soon in regards to the Australian Cricket Institute, giving more focus on the best assistance we can to our coaching and coaches across Junior and Senior cricket at Glenunga.

Registrations Coming Soon

Gday Glenunga cricket lovers,

We hope the footy season is going well for everyone.
We realise cricket is far from everyone’s minds when it’s 13 degrees and raining, but it’s only 16 weeks till cricket starts.!

This is just a message to let you all know we will be opening registrations in the first week in July, we will have it exclusive for current members before advertising it to all.

Don’t worry I will send out another email to remind you when it opens and the details.

However I would like to remind everyone we do unfortunately turn away many young cricketers every year, so please get in as early as you can.
Teams will fill up, and as you know we have only limited training facilities, and only limited grounds available, so numbers are limited.

We would love to see you all back playing cricket at Glenunga again this coming season.

Please contact myself or anyone else on the committee if you need further information.

Thanks
Dave Prosser
